Steel Droppers are knocked into the ground to give the Greenhouse Tunnels a strong Base & Support. Making also easier in the future to move the Structure  

 Our Greenhouse  Frames are not built using standard HDPE Water Pipes .

But a Specialized  HDPE UV Resistant Extruded Plastic Oval Shaded Pipe ,

 The hollow profile of our HDPE plastic pipe with its ventilation properties makes it ideal to combat high temperatures and 

Makes it extremely rigid , impact resilient and weather resistant 

Traditional Greenhouses are spaced in 3m segments .

We Wanted to build a stronger product for our clients and minimize the movement of plastic and shade netting to reduce the wind drag area.

We Decided to Space our frames  1.5m - 1.65m Apart to give maximum resistance and durability .

All our larger Greenhouse  Tunnels are supported with steel and Steel Bolts ,to give maximum Durability and reduce movement on the tunnels .

 Our 200-micron, double layer polyethylene, Multisolar Plastic is not only UV treated, but it also comes with a 36-month lifespan, is antibacterial, infra-red thermal treated and light-diffusing, and offers durability by being extra supple and workable.

 We Cover our Tunnels with a 40% Agricultural Shade net over our Multi Solar Plastic, offers  crop protection and temperature control.

We believe in dropping our netting and Full plastic Tunnels into the ground as this decreases the risk of pests and also increases durability.

Industrial Zips are used in our tunnels and allows for the tunnel to be opened and Closed Easily , Weights are added at the bottom to open and close with ease for harvesting and easily adding pots or Geotowers to your Tunnel
